Each agent: (1) reads own agent file, (2) answers pre-launch recommendations assuming zero Captain bias, (3) rank-orders three strategic framing statements (presented in randomised order to control for order effects). All reports written directly to disk. Statements: (A) Portfolio piece / polish for recruiters, (B) Unique contribution / ship over polish, (C) Applied engineering / take the process forward.
