Deckhand context minimization (SO-DECK-001). Each deckhand (subagent) is provided with only the context that matters to them to complete their job with sufficient depth, breadth, and quality. No more. Fresh context windows are a feature, not a limitation – they are context-clean. This is both an efficiency measure and a guard against hyperjustification loading.
