Two-ship pilot planned for dawn 26 Feb. One repository, two harness instances (opencode), git worktrees to eliminate file write clash. Each instance tacks on one identified issue set, pegged to the chain. Discipline of tack: one agent, one focus. This is pilot 1 of multi-instance orchestration.
