Template provenance noted. The orchestration template (orchestration-layer-starting-template.md) is an artifact from one of the most powerful companies in this space (Anthropic). The Captain observes strategic value in public release: encourages harness/API usage, gives “the hounds just enough of the scent to throw them off.” Not to doubt their art, but there is compression loss, and what’s published is what’s intended to be published. Our weave has discovered independently what converges with it, and has gone deeper where it diverges.
