Agent files going public — weave error corrected. The .opencode/agents/ directory was excluded from git via both .gitignore and .git/info/exclude as “company IP.” This contradicts SD-131 (“going light”) and the transparency philosophy. The exclusion persisted through inertia — a lost-in-the-middle artifact where the going-light decision and the IP-protection decision were in tension, and IP-protection won by default, not by deliberate choice. Captain’s order: immediate commit, both eyes open, going public not streaking. Both exclusion layers removed. All agent files (14 files including Maturin and Weave Quick Reference) now git-tracked and public. Scanned for secrets before commit: clean.
