AnotherPair recruited to crew. New agent: AnotherPair (.opencode/agents/anotherpair.md). Role: subtle process observer. Watches for engineering processes that have been known to work for decades (CRM, Swiss Cheese, HRO, NDM, distributed cognition, joint cognitive systems) as they manifest in the agentic team. Named for the simplest load-bearing intervention in high-reliability engineering: another pair of eyes. Distinct from Maturin (naturalist, post-hoc taxonomy) and Keel (human-factor instruments). AnotherPair watches the process between human and agents in real time. Modelled on the Captain’s observation that this project is capturing, piece by piece, what has been known to humanity for decades to work in engineering. Created at Captain’s direct order.
