Two Ship experiment — first findings. Primary (this harness) and Secondary running simultaneously. Results: (1) Oracle contamination observed — off-by-one propagated through Secondary (SD-178). (2) Discovery Overhead observed — parallel harness generated more observations than work completed (SD-179). (3) SD number collision — Secondary wrote SD-176/177 while Primary was writing different SD-176/177. First live coordination failure of the Two Ship experiment. (4) Captain’s intention: keep majority in Primary; Secondary maneuvers for “Session Snapshot” — inspecting main thread without disturbing active context. Captain: “I could theoretically spin up n harnesses. Sounds fun but I am interested in reducing error rate, doing research, not fucking about with toys.”
