Test campaign ordered — 3-round sequential design. Captain ordered systematic test coverage of the three structural blind spots (bout-engine, DB SQL correctness, race condition). Design: between/within subjects, 3 sequential rounds (planning → implementation → review). No implementation before all planning is in. Captain: “I am requesting a lot of code changes in one sweep. This required intimate knowledge and fact checking on what has and hasn’t worked for us in the past.” Governed by Weaver integration discipline. Forward ref: test plan document to be produced in Round 1.
