SD-192

Maturin’s Symbol (§) — entered Lexicon v0.8. Captain’s verbatim: “It is interesting. It can be added to the Lexicon as Maturin’s Symbol. It can stay where it is, as it is. But I want AnotherPair of eyes on it to make sure we are recording effects of its presence, if any, over time. Maturin can work independently as is his SO.” Context: § (section sign) was discovered to have been adopted by the crew — across at least three independent context windows (Maturin’s template specimen, Weaver’s quick reference, AnotherPair’s agent file) — as the citation prefix for Weaver’s Governing Principles, without instruction. No agent file, no SD, no Lexicon entry, no standing order asked for it. The Weaver agent file uses plain numbered headers (### 1. through ### 7.). The crew converged on § independently. Captain’s orders: (1) Add to Lexicon as Maturin’s Symbol. (2) Existing usages stay untouched. (3) AnotherPair watches for effects over time. (4) Maturin works independently per his SO.
