Overboarded: Witness, Helm, Artisan, Foreman, Lighthouse, MasterCommander, MASTER. (2) 36 stale local branches deleted (12 merged, 24 force-deleted). 1 remains (fix/copy-alignment-truth) due to git ref permission lock. (3) 3 stale stashes dropped. (4) lexicon-v0.9.md renamed to lexicon.md (version tracked inside file, no more depth-1 file accumulation per version). (5) mobprogrammingrpg/ moved to docs/internal/research/ (depth 2+). Captain notes the XP-in-agent-file idea as potentially worth something. (6) Operational models (Big O for Humans, Amdahl’s Law, L12 Fault, Layer Model Index) elevated in dead-reckoning with dedicated “Operational Models” section above depth-2 reference listing. (7) Triage table format added to Weaver SO. (8) Weaver agent file crew tree updated. (9) All lexicon references updated across agent file.
