[layer-annotations] Layer model SD-195→SD-203 annotations preserved from Captain’s memory. The annotated layer model (SUPPORTS/CHALLENGES/ENRICHES mapped to 13 layers) existed only in the previous session’s conversation and was lost at compaction. Captain restored the full content from prompt harness memory — notably from human memory, not from code. Written to docs/internal/weaver/layer-model-annotations-sd195-sd203.md (444). Contains: 4 SUPPORTS (L12 context pollution, L8 stale entries, L8 named conventions, L3 boot pressure), 4 CHALLENGES (L10 self-review as degenerate ensemble, L9 “monotonically increasing” incomplete, L8 needs saturation threshold per arXiv:2602.11988, L6 “mediates ALL” no longer true), 5 ENRICHES (L12 terminal HUD, L9 position trail to git, L7 git as audit channel, L3 structured recovery, L6 needs bypass category).
