[layer-model-versioning] Layer model versioning workflow established. Current version always lives at D2 (docs/lexical-harness-not-prompt-harness.md). On bump: (1) copy current to docs/internal/archive/layer-model-vN.N.md, (2) edit D2 file with annotations/additions, (3) bump version string in file header, (4) record SD. Named workflow: “model bump.” v0.3 revision scope: annotations and additions ONLY, no structural mutations. The architecture is stable — evidence markers are added, not architecture changes. Captain’s correction: the muster “gets full marks for annotations and additions but not structural mutations or changes.”
