[cross-harness-compat] .opencode.json created for cross-harness AGENTS.md loading. Phase 4 research found opencode (now archived → Crush, charmbracelet/crush v0.46.1) contextPaths defaults do NOT include AGENTS.md — they include CLAUDE.md, opencode.md, .cursorrules etc. Claude Code auto-loads AGENTS.md by convention; opencode/Crush does not without explicit config. Created .opencode.json with contextPaths: ["AGENTS.md"] to close the gap. Also: committed 4 Codex-generated cross-model adversarial review artifacts (docs/internal/reviews/) from pre-cleanup HEAD 89f6a07 — these informed PRs #381-#384. Updated .gitignore for root-level Hugo build pollution. SD-224 status updated to Complete (all 4 cleanup PRs merged, worktrees removed).
