[pipeline-propagation] Pipeline pattern propagation principle added to Weaver standing orders. When establishing any pipeline pattern (naming conventions, file paths, Makefile targets, data flow), Weaver must ensure every agent involved has the pattern made explicit in their agent file. A convention that exists only in the Makefile or in Weaver’s context is a convention that will be violated by the next agent who doesn’t know about it. Added to weaver.md. Immediate application: analyst.md updated with research report naming convention (analyst-report-{slug}-{date}.md) so the Makefile research-check pipeline doesn’t break silently.
