[extension-data-shipping] Extension ships alone. Data stays in repo. Chrome Web Store zip: runtime only (content.js, content.css, manifest.json, icons). Calibration data, scripts, and methodology stay in the repo as the research/provenance layer. Operator samples removed from extension directory (single source of truth in docs/internal/). Superseded calibration files (v1, v2) kept — version trail is provenance. Archive preserved: tells-ext-v0.2-archive.tar.gz (sha256: cbe7dd5d16790261b016f07048fef028501d5c20d9fd538c18f84d2d131cc7a1).
