[conn-removed] conn field removed from .keel-state and HUD. Captain’s reasoning: conn captures “who has decision authority” but at commit time this is inaccurate — during subagent dispatch, the dispatched agent has the conn until they report back, but we capture state at commit time not at dispatch time. Creates data noise. Removed from pitkeel state writes, HUD display, and git trailers. Deferring reinstatement until the capture mechanism matches the concept.
