True North updated to: “Stage Magnum: Integrate, Absorb, Get After It” (LOCKED: READ-ONLY). All agents are hereby ordered to actively check the Operator’s direction in regards to integration and hiring activities. No new features, no new tests, no new analysis. Push to main and only main — feature branches revoked. The Operator will resume normal meditation hours and stop the 16-hour average days since project inception. The advertised 200-ish hours is conservative; the actual number is closer to 384. Integration and execution. That’s it.
