[governance-refined] thepit-v2 governance is not reduced — it is refined. Governance is inescapable. The calibration tests whether the vocabulary survives new operating layers and stricter old ones. Lexicon, crew (minnowed), and HUD carry forward. AGENTS.md grows as needed — narrative only survives if it becomes process; the rest is stored D3+ for historical and research purposes but cannot make its way arbitrarily into process, especially unwatched agentic processes. Even if human checks outputs, inputs must be known at a systems level. Controls tighten on 6 named HCI foot guns: Spinning to Infinity, High on Own Supply, The Dumb Zone, Cold Context Pressure, Hot Context Pressure, Compaction Loss.
