  1. LoanSlam: a fail-closed LLM conversation engine for a regulated lending domain. The model proposes, deterministic code decides, every turn is audit-traced. There is a live demo over synthetic data.
  2. Becoming Diamond: a paid, production, customer-facing client build; marketing site, gated member portal, AI chat, Stripe, and a CMS the client edits themselves.
  3. Dispatches and deep arcs: a 37-day telemetry trace of how I actually run agents, with 6.4 billion tokens of receipts.
