Embracing Rework as Part of the Process
Why doing things twice can be a feature, not a bug, when building a side SaaS.

When I first set out to build my own SaaS, I felt the urge to stuff it with every feature I could imagine. It wasn't long before I found myself buried in complexity, chasing my tail and losing momentum. That's when I discovered the power of an absolute bare-bones MVP.
Stripping down to essential functionality not only kept my stress levels in check, but also sped up my release cycle. Once I launched, I realized many of my "must-have" features were irrelevant. Users gravitated to a core set of tools I almost hadn't built. Every extra feature I had planned would've wasted precious time and energy.
Learning point: Less is more. Start small, ship it, then learn what matters by watching real-world engagement. It keeps you sane and helps you iterate faster.
