Why doing things twice can be a feature, not a bug, when building a side SaaS.

Early on, I spent weeks obsessing over "the perfect idea" for my side business. Then it hit me: no matter how ingenious my concept was, it would inevitably change once real users got involved. Every product pivot or feedback session proved that ideas aren't static. What truly matters is the willingness to adapt, respond to feedback, and keep iterating.
My biggest learning? Don't let yourself stall at the "thinking phase." If you're aiming for perfection before you even launch, you'll never get anything out the door. At some point, you just have to start building. Seeing how users actually interact with your creation reveals flaws and opportunities you never anticipated. That's where the real growth begins.
Learning point: Focus on action over obsession. Pick a direction, test it quickly, and be ready to pivot as reality shifts your perspective.
