I can't count how many times I've tried to sprint through a weekend of coding, only to crash hard on Monday. The reality is that building a side business isn't a quick dash; it's an ongoing process. Spreading out the workload, staying mindful of rest, and celebrating small wins keeps it sustainable.
The moment I accepted it would take months or even years to refine my product, I relaxed. That freed me to think more carefully, focus on the aspects that truly mattered, and pace myself without burning out. Productivity soared once the pressure was off to rush everything.
